Our 100-day return policy

We are confident that you will love your Syng products, however, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can inform us within 100-days for a full refund of the purchase price. For your product to be eligible for a return, the following must be true:

  • You have purchased the product directly from Syng via syngspace.com

  • You begin the return process within 100-days from the original shipment date

  • The product is in the original packaging with all of the original components included, or in return packaging provided by us upon request

  • The product is in new or as-new condition

To return a Syng product:

  1. Start a return in our returns portal here

  2. Generate your RMA, affix your pre-paid returns label, and prepare your item for shipment Follow the steps in our returns portal to generate a RMA number and a prepaid returns shipping label. Follow the shipping instructions laid out in our returns portal to package and send the products back to Syng safely. Make sure you pack the product in the original packaging, or request returns shipping packaging from our support team to ensure that your returned items make it back to us undamaged. All contents and components (including cables, stands, and brochures) must be included. Please be sure to remove all previous shipping labels or other markings on your original packaging prior to affixing the provided pre-paid shipping label. A copy of your shipping label and tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail, but please make a copy for your records.

  3. Return the product within 30 days of the RMA issue Syng must receive the returned item within 30 calendar days after an RMA number has been generated by our returns portal, and the item returned must match the serial number as indicated in the RMA.

  4. Receive your refund or a repaired or replacement product You may expect to see a credit to your account within 10 – 15 working days. Credit will be issued in the same manner as your original purchase payment.
