45 Day-Return Policy

We are confident that you will love your Products, however, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can inform us within 45-days for a full refund of the purchase price, provided that you meet the criteria set forth in these Terms (“Return”).
In order for your product to be eligible for a Return, you must:

  1. have purchased the Product directly from Syng via www.syngspace.com;
  2. begin the return process within 60-days from the original shipment date ;
  3. ensure that the product is returned in the original packaging with all of the original components included, or in return packaging provided by us upon request , in new or as-new condition; and
  4. follow the steps below and as laid out by the Syng customer support team.

In order to successfully return a Product to Syng so as to be eligible for a Return, please:

  1. Start a Return at returns.syngspace.com
  2. Generate your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA ), affix your pre-paid returns label, and prepare your Product for shipment The Syng customer support team will generate a RMA number and a prepaid returns shipping label for you. Follow the shipping instructions laid out by our customer support team to package and send the products back to Syng safely. Make sure you pack the Product in the original packaging, or request returns shipping packaging from our support team to ensure that your returned items make it back to us undamaged. You can reach our support team at support@syngspace.com. All contents and components (including cables, stands, and brochures) must be included. Please be sure to remove all previous shipping labels or other markings on your original packaging prior to affixing the provided pre-paid shipping label. A copy of your shipping label and tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail, but please make a copy for your records.
  3. Return the Product within 30 days of issuance of the RMA. Syng must receive the returned item within 30 calendar days after an RMA number has been generated by our returns portal, and the item returned must match the serial number as indicated in the RMA.
  4. Receive your refund

You may expect to see a credit to your account within 10 – 15 business days once your returned product has been received. Refunds will be issued to the original form of purchase payment.
